Frank M. Smith Associates Realty was founded in 1984 by Frank M. Smith and is a family-owned corporation. Our office in Pinetop-Lakeside, AZ provides a range of real estate services, including home and property sales, property management, and more. To ensure there is always a real estate agent to assist you, we are open seven days a week. We provide market analysis, and opinions of value are always free.
Giving Back to White Mountain Communities
Frank M. Smith & Associates Realtors serve on local charitable boards. We are dedicated to our community through fundraising efforts to provide backpacks, winter clothing, and Christmas gifts for local kids. A collection station for various communities’ needs is located in our lobby. We contribute annually to multiple local school organizations and sports teams.
Meet Our Team
Alison Stewart, Designated Broker
Alison was born in Charleston, SC and spent most of her youth on the GA/SC coast. Alison moved to the White Mountains her senior year of high school and has made the Mountains her home for over 40 years. An avid gardener, she and her husband purchased the historic Pico’s Nursery in Lakeside, where they live, tend their vast vegetable and flower gardens, and host summer weddings and events. Alison has two adult children, along with a 12-year-old stepdaughter.
She was gifted the title of “Grandma Boonie” in 2017 with the birth of her first grandson. Alison loves all things outdoors and especially enjoys hiking and snow skiing. She served as a Director and held the Treasurer’s position for the White Mountain Association of Realtors. Alison has spent her entire 30-year real estate career at Frank M. Smith & Associates. She is as dedicated and loyal to her clients and her family as she is to her employer.
Corina DuCharme, Associate Broker
Corina DuCharme is a hard-working Associate Broker serving the entire White Mountains. Corina has been living in Pinetop for the last 30 years and has two grown children and four beautiful grandchildren. Corina enjoys living in the mountains and being around nature; you will often find her on one of the area’s many hiking and biking trails. Corina loves playing tennis and has recently taken up golf.
Corina has been a real estate professional in Pinetop for the last 22 years at Frank M. Smith & Associates Realty. She has served on many local boards, including the White Mountain Association of Realtors and the White Mountain Hospice Foundation.
In 2006, she was voted Realtor of the Year by the membership of the White Mountain Association of Realtors. Not only is Corina knowledgeable and experienced, but she is abundantly passionate about the White Mountains of Arizona. Corina’s excellence and determination will help you find the perfect second home or year-round residence.
Kevin B. Smith, CRB, GRI, Associate Broker
Kevin has a strong attachment to the White Mountains of Arizona and has worked hard in real estate here for the past 26 years. Before that, he went to elementary school in Lakeside, where the Police station is now, and graduated from Blueridge High school in 1973. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Arizona University in 1980. He worked for Hughes Aircraft Company for 15 years traveling around the world and teaching the AGM-65D air-to-ground missile system to pilots and ground crews in several different countries.
Kevin moved back to Pinetop when his second son was born in 1994 and started his real estate career at Frank M. Smith & Associates. He made Realtor of the Year in 1998 and went on to be President of the White Mountain Association of Realtors in 2002. He also taught real estate pre-licensing, contract writing, and the code of ethics for Northland Pioneer College from 2000 to 2011. Kevin went on to receive his Certified Residential Brokerage management certification in 2014.
Knowledge, experience, and compassion for the real estate industry are what Kevin brings to the negotiating table. Nothing less!
Lisa O’Connell, Associate Broker
Energetic enthusiasm and a “get it done” attitude best describes Lisa, a Realtor at Frank M. Smith & Associates Realty since 2012. Lisa works hard for her clients and keeps them in the loop every step of the buying or selling process. Lisa left the Chicago area to attend college in Arizona, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Arizona. After many years in the field of social work, she changed paths and earned her real estate license.
Prior to arriving in Pinetop, Lisa and her family resided in the Tucson area. She and her husband, Kevin, own and operate O’Connell Construction, Inc., focusing on spec homes in the White Mountains. They have two grown sons and recently became grandparents and are loving this new experience!
Tricia Jones, Associate Broker
Tricia Jones is a hard-working and passionate real estate broker. She attended Foothill Junior College and then finished her degree at San Jose State College. In 2004, she decided to earn her real estate sales license through the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business. After working as a real estate agent for eight years, she received her broker’s license from the White Mountain School of Real Estate. Tricia has two wonderful grown daughters that live in Colorado. When they get together, they go mountain biking, cooking, and hiking.
She is very involved in her community. She is on the Board of the White Mountain Hospice Foundation and supports a number of local charities, including the White Mountain Safe House, Humane Society, Love Kitchen, and T.R.A.C.K.S. (the Pinetop-Lakeside trail system for hiking, cycling, and cross country skiing).
Tricia has worked in real estate since 2005, always working in the Pinetop area. She is a hard-working, dedicated, and passionate real estate agent. She puts the best interest of her clients first and always pays attention to details. Her determination and experience will help you find the home of your dreams.
Dean Nelson, Realtor
Dean Nelson grew up in La Crescenta, California, where he attended Crescenta Valley High School and Glendale College. Eventually, he discovered Pinetop, AZ, and fell in love with the White Mountains. Dean has had his real estate license in Arizona since 1995, and he began working at Frank M. Smith & Associates Realty in 2001. Dean donates his time to the local Little Leagues for softball and baseball. He has also volunteered for the softball travel leagues, as well as club wrestling teams for the local school.
He has two grown children who were raised in Pinetop and still live here, along with three grandchildren. He has a spoiled pet named Rocky, and he loves being outdoors. He also enjoys playing golf and working out. Dean is the type of real estate agent that keeps himself available for his clients, which is very important in the real estate community. Dean’s hard work and dedication will ensure that you receive the best real estate experience.
Lindsay Peters, Realtor
Lindsay has been an Arizona native all her life. Born and raised in Flagstaff, she has always felt at home in the mountains. After marrying her husband Brighton in 2014 and moving to the Lakeside area, she has developed a love for the White Mountains. Lindsay is enthusiastic about what she does and knew she wanted to spend her career at Frank M Smith and Associates. It is important that she offers her customers the best service and experience possible. Lindsay believes in honesty and kindness and sees every day as a gift as she strives to live life to the fullest.
She likes to spend her time with her family, outdoors and ranching cattle. Lindsay and her husband spend a lot of time in the surrounding areas with their horses and two Queensland Heelers, Deets and Shania. She feels that she has been greatly blessed to be able to call this beautiful place home and loves every opportunity to assist others as they make Pinetop-Lakeside their home, too!
Lon Hoffman, Realtor
Lon Hoffman was born in Tucson, raised in Pinetop, and attended Northern Arizona University. Lon served on the Pinetop Fire Board, the Pinetop-Lakeside Town Council, and is a Lifetime Member of the White Mountain Sheriff’s Posse, as well as past captain. For over sixteen years he was the Director and Head Coach of the Sunrise Park Junior Race Team.
Lon has been in the insurance business since 1979. Licensed in property, casualty, life, health, variable life and annuities. Licensed to sell real estate since 1988, he worked within his father’s brokerage until joining Frank M. Smith & Associates in January 2019. In April 2019, he was appointed Branch Manager of the town office located at 846 E. White Mountain Blvd.
Lon and his beautiful wife Lisa have two grown daughters Taylor and Kylie. Family, hunting, and the outdoors are his passion, along with time at the gym. His experience and knowledge of the area are unsurpassed.
Shelby Teel, Realtor
Shelby has been a licensed Realtor in the state of Arizona since 2015. She is the third generation of women in her family to sell real estate for Frank M. Smith & Associates. Shelby has the best mentor, her mother, who is the designated Broker for Frank M. Smith & Associates, Inc.
Shelby was born and raised in the White Mountains and plans to live here, happily, for the rest of her life. She has a deep passion for this area and cherishes the place she calls home. You could say she is a White Mountain expert, who knows the area, the hiking trails, the lakes, restaurants, subdivisions, etc. Her plan is to help her clients know the area as well as she does so when they move into their new home/town, they feel comfortable.
Shelby was the 1st Vice President for the White Mountain Association of Realtors in 2021. She previously was the chair for the WMAR MLS committee and the YPN committee. She believes that a Realtor is more than just houses and should get involved with local boards and with community outreach. Shelby is not only a member of WMAR she is also a member of the Scottsdale Association of Realtors and ARMLS.
Shelby is a mother to two wonderful children who have both been born and will continue to be raised in the White Mountains.

Steve loves working with White Mountain home and commercial real estate sellers to produce a successful transaction using cutting-edge marketing, sales, and publishing tools. His customized approach to real estate comes from his diverse experience first as a Newsroom Cartoonist, a long-time creative director at major publications, and as direct mail marketer, owner, and publisher of SWA Design LLC and The Real Estate Book. Becky Field, Administrative Manager
Becky is a second-generation Arizona native with over 20 years of experience in office administration. Her expansive background includes working in the healthcare, public education, and staff recruiting/HR industries.
She has a compassionate heart and is always willing to help others. She is also witty and sarcastic, which makes her a lot of fun to be around.
Becky enjoys planning events, managing social media, and building relationships with the community and other businesses.
In her spare time, she can be found hiking with her dog Leah, practicing yoga and meditation, drinking matcha or dirty chai’s from local coffee shops, grabbing sushi with friends, and listening to true crime podcasts. She is a family-oriented person and loves spending time with her family as often as possible

Samantha Riepel isn’t just your average Association Manager; she’s the mastermind behind the scenes, making magic happen while wearing a superhero cape (well, metaphorically). When she’s not skillfully juggling her managerial duties, she’s living life to the fullest with a heart as big as the ocean and a sense of humor as wild as the wind.
Sam’s not your typical 9-to-5 pro; she’s a proud mom who’s mastered the art of multitasking. She navigates meetings, deadlines, and diaper changes with grace and a wink. The way she effortlessly switches from boardroom boss to bedtime storyteller is nothing short of legendary.
But there’s more to Samantha than her managerial prowess and supermom abilities. She’s a nature enthusiast, a bona fide beach bum, and a forest fanatic. You’ll often find her barefoot in the sand, singing along with the waves, or getting lost among the trees, embracing the serenity of the great outdoors.

Tyrell Wiltbank, Association Manager
A true Pinetop native, Tyrell Wiltbank brings a deep-rooted passion for community and a wealth of experience to her role as Association Manager at Frank M. Smith & Associates.
With a heritage firmly planted in the region’s ranching and logging traditions, Tyrell embodies the spirit of hard work and resilience that defines Pinetop’s character.
Tyrell’s competitive spirit and dedication to excellence were honed during her professional rodeo career, spanning both high school and college. This background instilled in her the ability to thrive under pressure, collaborate effectively, and achieve goals.
In 2018, Tyrell and her mother embarked on a culinary adventure by opening Hushhh Bakehouse, a delightful bakery that quickly became a beloved fixture in Pinetop. While the bakery succumbed to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Tyrell’s entrepreneurial spirit and resilience remained undeterred.
Embracing the opportunity to serve her community, Tyrell joined Frank M. Smith & Associates as an Association Manager. In this role, she skillfully navigates the intricacies of community management, fostering strong relationships with board members and residents alike. Her genuine care for the people she serves is evident in her unwavering commitment to addressing their needs and ensuring their voices are heard.
Tyrell’s passion for Pinetop extends beyond her professional endeavors. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the regions breathtaking natural beauty and spending quality time with her family and animals. She is always eager to connect with new people and share her love for her hometown.
Konnor Smith, Property Management Manager
Konnor was born in Tucson and only a year later moved to Pinetop and has made it his home since. He grew up playing soccer and played for Blue Ridge High School. In his senior year, he was awarded 1st team all-state. Konnor took his soccer career to college and played for two years until deciding to return to Pinetop and work for Frank M. Smith & Associates in the Property Management department.
Konnor loves to play video games on the computer he built; his computer prowess has dubbed him as the office “tech support.” If he isn’t playing video games, you can usually find him working out at the gym or playing board games with friends and family. Konnor started working for Frank M. Smith & Associates in the vacation rental department in 2014 as an assistant to the Property Manager. Beginning in 2017, he was promoted to Property Manager and enjoys working with both owners and guests.
