Tricia Jones is a hard-working, and very passionate, real estate agent. She attended Foothill Junior College, and then finished her degree at San Jose State College. In 2004, she decided to earn her realtor license through the Arizona Real Estate & Business School. After working as a real estate agent for eight years, she received her broker’s license at the local White Mountain School of Real Estate. Tricia was married for 33 years, but her husband has passed away. She has two wonderful daughters. When they get together, they go mountain biking, cooking, and hiking. She had a beautiful black Labrador, who joined her husband over the rainbow bridge just eight months ago. She is very involved in her community. She is on the Board of the White Mountain Hospice Foundation, and she supports a number of local charities: SAFE HOUSE, Humane Society, Love Kitchen, and T.R.A.C.K.S. (the Pinetop-Lakeside trail system for hiking, cycling, and cross country skiing). Tricia believes that it is very important to give back to the community. She has worked in real estate since 2005, always working in the Pinetop area. Her proudest moment in her real estate career is when a couple of buyers found a house that they wanted, and she managed to get it under contract. However, the sellers wouldn’t budge on the price, and they were asking for top dollar. Within a week, another home (which was almost exactly like the first one) came on the market for $20,000 less! Tricia was able to secure the less expensive home for her clients with a quick close, and they were overjoyed. Tricia is a hard-working, dedicated, and passionate real estate agent. She puts the best interest of her clients first, and she always pays attention to details. Her determination and experience will help you find the home of your dreams.
